A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to:

Product Ordering and Order Processing
Customers may order product 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders will be custom embroidered, silk-screened, or embossed (non-apparel items will be screened or embossed) upon receipt of an order, and will be fulfilled within a minimum of 4 business days from the date of that order. Customers should allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. New Headings LLC will accept returns on all merchandise for any reason within 60 days of the original shipping date as long as inspection of any returned item proves that there was no willful or intentional defacement of the product. We will either refund the money paid for the original article or ship a replacement or exchange article based on the choice of the customer. Shipping charges for replacement or exchange articles will be waived.
Shipping & Handling Information
The customer will pay for all shipping and handling fees. As per the arrangements with our bonded shippers, UPS and IBC Courier, a complete street address must be provided in order to facilitate proper shipping. Shipping and handling charges do include GST, VAT, or other similar import taxes or duties for shipments to non-USA addresses.

Our
Fit: Our garments generally result in a full-cut fit for the
body measurements listed. Our interest lies in helping you remain ‘free
and comfortable’ as you pursue your favorite outdoor activities.
If you’re ‘in between’ categories, we recommend that you
lean toward the smaller sized category.

Outerwear:
Much of the outerwear is in Men’s ‘unisex’ sizing. Women
should order at least one size lower than usual — i.e. Women Size
Large should order Men Size Medium. Women can best order Men’s tops
or jackets by equating Bust with Chest Measurements, pants and shorts
with Waist measurements. If you find yourself ‘in between’ categories,
we recommend that the ladies lean toward the next smaller sized category.

Returns:
Our returns policy is quite flexible. If you order it, and it doesn’t
fit, please return it and we’ll promptly replace it with an item
that does fit.
